Institute for Discipleship—Congregational Partners -- Online Christian Education for Your Local Church
Using the training, administrative, and hosting capacity found at BeADisciple.com, your small group studies and trainings can now extend beyond the walls of their building.
Who might you better serve?
• Frequent travelers
• Stay at home moms
• Persons more comfortable online
• Persons away at college, living internationally, or seasonal residents
• Small group members who wish to stay connected between meetings
What might you offer?
• Disciple Bible Study
• Upper Room studies
• Topic classes designed in house
• Book studies
• Training programs
Here is how it works:
1. The church selects and sends to training at least one person to become a trained BeADisciple instructor (training is offered online/2 weeks/$100). This person(s) will be able to build and lead online classes for the congregation.
2. The church’s BeADisciple instructor will recruit online small group facilitators which will also be trained by BeADisciple (training is offered online/1 week/$25). These persons will be able to facilitate classes built by their church’s instructor as well as other classes offered by the Wesley Ministry Network and The Upper Room.
3. A church may wish to offer Disciple Online. This online facilitator training is offered for $50 and covers different materials. This trained facilitator may also lead classes built by the church’s instructor as well as those offered by Wesley Ministry Network and The Upper Room.
